This is THAT!
The Hungry And Thirsty (THAT) is a faith-based organization on a mission to impact the lives of youth and young adults in Kentucky and beyond. Our vision is clear—to ignite hope, breathe life, and instill purpose in the hearts of youth and young adults. Rooted on the words of Jesus found in Matthew 5:6, we strive to nurture a vibrant community of young people who hunger to know the Lord and passionately share their faith in Jesus Christ with their generation.
The Hungry And Thirsty is a growing network of young people building meaningful relationships through their shared faith in Jesus Christ. THAT is not a church and is not affiliated with any specific church or denomination. Instead, we connect youth from multiple local churches, unite students from various regional high schools and homeschool communities in Frankfort and nearby cities, and engage college students from over 10 area campuses. We also collaborate with nonprofit organizations, campus ministries, and church-based youth and young adult groups that serve this generation.
The Hungry And Thirsty is more than an organization—it’s a movement. This generation is not lost; it is chosen. It is THAT generation. Across the country, young people are turning to Jesus and discovering peace, hope, and purpose. THAT is a move of God sweeping through this generation all over America. Here in Central Kentucky, we are honored to be part of that movement—walking alongside the young people God is drawing, offering support, guidance, and community as they respond to His call.
The Hungry And Thirsty is a platform where youth and young adults can express their faith in real, tangible, and practical ways. It supports the growth and positive expression of their unique gifts and talents. More than that, it is a tool God is using to reach a generation He deeply loves. Through this platform, young people have the opportunity to grow in their relationship with God. We provide a welcoming space and meaningful resources to help them seek the Lord for themselves and walk boldly in their purpose.
Our Founders: Eric and Tuesday Lemon

Raising four boys in Frankfort, Eric and Tuesday Lemon are currently guiding them through their youth and young adult years. They have firsthand experience observing the challenges that young people encounter. Disturbed by the alarming statistics—such as suicide being the second leading cause of death among Kentuckians ages 10-34—God moved upon them to take action. The Lemons began THAT on August 13th, 2023, sharing their vision to a small group of young people in their living room.
Eric is passionate about teaching and preaching the Word of God. He has been a licensed and ordained minister since 2010 and has shared the Gospel through Christian rap as J-Heir for many years. Eric currently serves on staff at Faith Victory Church. In addition to ministry, he enjoys expressing his creativity through photography and videography via his business, J-Heir Creations.
Tuesday has always had a heart for children. Naturally gifted in working with them, her gift has been further developed through her journey as a mother. She has faithfully served in children’s ministry at her local church for many years. Since 2016, she has been impacting the lives of young people as a staff member in the Franklin County Public School system. Tuesday also serves on the Board of Directors for the Wanda Joyce Robinson Foundation, a nonprofit supporting families and children affected by incarceration.
The Lemons are faithful and active members of their local church for over two decades. Together, they also minister to local high school and college student-athletes through the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
